While I love learning from more senior colleagues (at least I hope I do, and am not just deceiving myself) and enjoy discussions and brainstorming with my peers (wish there were more...), I positively hate teaching less experienced colleagues. I too quickly begin resenting their questions ("why don't you just google it and read the docs?") while at the same time getting angry at myself for doing so ("you were yourself like that once, and not so very long ago"). All that is really frustrating.
