1) Leaving for work this morning, thought how I would write that I strangely agree with Trump who freaked the media out by talking about two sides of that conflict. Trump is an imbecile of course, at least judging by his speech patterns, and I could never listen to him speak for any extended periods of time, but when his press-conference was clipped to that statement about both sides, I thought he sounded reasonable. At least more reasonable than Ana Navarro (whoever that is) in this memorable clip: where she insisted that "What we saw was white supremacists, and then what we saw was some brave people risking their lives and putting themselves between those white supremacists and what they were doing".

Hers seems to be an opinion that is mainstream. I wonder why she was not asked what, in her opinion, the police was for.

2) Saw this photo on Reddit a couple of days before.

Isn't it funny, I thought, how the comic is appealing to the consensus of the majority, while this majority is known to have "shown the door" to gays, or blacks, or whoever was in disfavor at the moment.
