I wonder if there is a catchy (and slightly derogatory perhaps) English word for a guy who does all kinds of (supposedly) menial IT-related jobs, sort of like the Russian эникейщик. Because I’ve just seen a job opening at the American Center in Moscow for just such a guy, and was so enticed by its language that I had to pinch myself to bring into perspective what they were actually talking about.
