Over the last week, the British media have introduced the term pingdemic to describe a surge in self-isolations caused by notifications by the track-and-trace app about a close contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus. The papers are panicking because this has significantly depleted the workforce.

Morten Morland illustrates the concept using the occasion of tomorrow's "freedom day", i.e. the day when all restrictions are promised to be lifted (albeit with numerous asterisks):

The site of a right-wing event (must be right-wing, right? with all the flags and trumps and christians) TurningPoint USA is built with Next.js

The performance is atrocious, but some visuals are decent. Interesting to see that the right wing also has access to creatives and modern web developers.

But what I've been most impressed by so far is the site of NoAgenda podcast. No, it isn't flashy at all, but it is a custom-built Symfony app with native web components on the frontend. It is also open-sourced. Someone's work of love.
