(no subject)

Whoever decided to imply — and what other motivation could there be to discuss spelling, punctuation and style of a published Russian fragment but to imply — that these blemishes are enough to put the authenticity of this text into question, is insinuating that state officials who routinely write reports have a professional writer's sense of style, a proofreader-level proficiency in written Russian, and an editor's sense of responsibility for the printed word. Hilarious and pathetic. The defects of the published fragments are an integral part of the ugly and pompous bureaucratese that is precisely what makes them believable!
