As so frequently happens, very surprised by how differently we perceive the world. My own impression was pretty much the opposite to Ben's, although, granted, the only platforms where I saw contributions by those developers were online magazines, such as Smashing or CSS Tricks.

An illustration of the way of thinking that's always been puzzling to me. Why does someone who feels strongly on a topic think that someone (or everyone?) else should also feel as strongly on this topic? Be it Putin, or uighurs, or Gaza? Why isn't it enough for people to have their own personal sets of triggers?



Of course the people he has tagged — I only know Greenwald and a little bit of Jimmy Dore — are likely to also have strong opinions on everything in the world, so this may not be such a clear-cut example of what I mean.
