Perhaps the only developer-related social media personality that I could think of who is resolutely against the current agenda is John Sonmez. The sad thing about him is that he is a pretentious twat — albeit a successful one — who has become a lifestyle coach and has nothing interesting to say about coding. The good thing about him is that he is a rare black sheep who is not obediently repeating all the right things, which makes him somewhat entertaining.

Also, saw in his feed that Bryan too is being a bit rebellious:

Ah! A good example of how organisations (in this case, theaters) that try to keep out of this political turmoil, are "called out" and shamed into joining the choir.

Saw the pdf version of the "letter signed by over 1000 medical professionals", with the list of signatories. Lots of students, an advocate, a publisher, a pastor; someone is "advancing health equity", someone is "taxpayer & mother of black sons", someone is "Afrolatina scientist", someone is "African American"; lots of names without any declared affiliation. It sure sounds much more impressive when the media say "more than a thousand health care professionals..."
