I remembered this video about masks that I saw a couple of months ago. The demonstrator is a bit of a scientific outcast (he is that viral immunologist from a veterinary college in Guelph that Megyn Kelly scoffed at for its obscurity). I am not sure about the physics of his demonstration: whether the water that condenses on the surface of the glasses is an aerosol or, say a vapor that undergoes a phase transition back to liquid due to the lower temperature of the glass surface.

I understand that even if this demonstration shows what it's purported to show, this evidence is far inferior than the actual measurement of the number of viral particles that can pass through the masks of the source and the recipient, as was attempted in this study. Still, the image is quite memorable.
