She is fantastic with CSS, but listening to her speak I immediately get distracted trying to place her accent — it sounds so suggestively Eastern European. Her intonation and palatalized consonants are consistent with something Slavic, but her name isn't. And then I would pointlessly spend time on Google trying to find where she is from. And would fail, because she hasn't left readily findable traces.

Google knows of a different person with an identical name who is from Romania. Is this a Romanian accent?

P.S.: OK, I think this is sufficiently conclusive. Must be Romanian.
