The two guys sitting across the table opposite to each other are two Ukrainian brothers who arrived in the US as teenagers:

Twin brothers Artur and Timur Meyster arrived in the U.S. from the Ukraine, middle schoolers who knew no English.

It's interesting that they've still got a slight, but recognizable trace of foreign accent. When I heard them at first, I thought German or Dutch.
