I mean, look at Each click on a link results in an XHR request for a server-side-rendered html of a page, a portion of which gets included by javascript into the popup on the right-hand side. Could have been done smarter to exclude the irrelevant sections of the page, but regardless, this is the boring way of doing snappy interactive UIs that's been employed for ages:
