No, Nest(.js) from the first row of the table has nothing to do with Next or Nuxt. True, it does have a name that starts with N, ends with t, and consists of four letters; true it draws some inspiration (typescript, decorators, probably dependency injection) from Angular; but while Next and Nuxt are server-side-rendering frameworks for React and Vue, Nest is just a way to write Node backends.
