You are in Mexico because Spanish is second most popular Youtube language after English? What kind of causal relationship is that?

(Also, it's probably the first time I heard the word "influencers" applied to popular youtubers. I wonder whether it's a substitution/euphemism for celebrity or whether it carries some different connotations.)
