Love the maximalism of this guy (regarding global warming): stop commuting, stop consuming, and eventually stop working. It reminds me of my own maximalism in relation to languages (stop speaking different languages already). Pity that we differ in our attitudes so much: his thinking is strongly influenced by post-colonial discourse; mine is stuck in the age of empires.
