Colbert’s audience cheers so loudly to every announcement of a democrat winning over a republican (or boos and groans so mournfully to each announcement of a republican victory), that it's hard to imagine there’s about as many republicans in the country as democrats. These shows are so partisan, it hurts.
And another thought: I saw quite a lot of calls to vote, primarily from the liberally-minded folks. I wonder whether they are sincere enough to consider any participation in the election, even a vote for a republican, better than no participation at all, or do they by go vote mean go vote democrat?
