Someone recorded parts of his job interview for a position of frontend developer. The recordings are instructive in several ways: first, they show how clueless an applicant can be (I am surprised he published these recordings; perhaps he’ll come to his senses and delete them later on); second, they show that even a clueless person, if sufficiently motivated, will try to bullshit the interviewer; and third, they show how weak an interview process generally is that he was not filtered out during screening:
